Hotel Van Zandt is the BankOnPurpose all-access pass to an authentic Austin experience. Located in the heart of Austin’s Rainey Street entertainment district, guests can enjoy iconic music venues' old-fashioned honky-tonks, award-winning culinary venues, and everything else the Live Music Capital of the World has to offer.

Flying in to Austin
The Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is located about 20 minutes (10 miles) from Hotel Van Zandt. Ground transportation (Uber, Lyft, RideAustin, taxis, rental cars, and shuttles) are available to take you to and from the airport.

There’s a reason why we’re bringing BankOnPurpose back to Austin, Texas, for the seventh year. Actually, there are many reasons. Austin is not only the live music capital of the world, with more than 250 live music venues, it’s home to a variety of delicious restaurants, an eccentric arts scene, and plenty of outdoor activities. Explore the city after the sessions and soak in the warm weather, the creative atmosphere, and unique culture.

Why should I attend?
We’ve attended hundreds of banking conferences—more than enough to know that we wanted to create something different. Very different. So, we ditched the sessions on obscure back-office procedures and the vendors presentations that were just thinly veiled sales pitches.
Instead, we focused on one main goal: to bring the best banking executives from across the globe to connect, share, and grow.
With speakers from inside and outside the industry, BankOnPurpose will help you think differently about banking. You’ll learn how to build a stronger brand and more meaningful and profitable relationships by emphasizing the customer experiences that are foundational to success.

BankOnPurpose is designed for an executive audience and those in leadership roles on either the Commercial or Consumer side of their organization. Bringing multiple individuals from your organization is encouraged as there will be programming tailored to both audiences paired with thought leadership sessions for the industry.
What does my registration fee include?
What does my registration fee include?
The registration fee includes access to conference general sessions, breakout sessions, networking opportunities, exhibit hall, and conference materials. It also includes conference meals including BankOnPurpose-hosted breakfasts, lunches, refreshment breaks, and some evening events.
Can I bring a guest?
Can I bring a guest?
Attendees at BankOnPurpose are welcome to bring a guest. All individuals from a financial institution are considered regular attendees and will need to purchase full conference badges. Guests include significant others, family members, or other non-financial institution guests of the BankOnPurpose attendee. Guest passes are $375 per person and will allow your guest entrance to the evening events with you. Guest badges will not be allowed into conference general sessions or breakout sessions. Guest passes are limited to one per regular attendee registration. Attendee guests must be 21 or older to attend evening events.

No, to participate in any sessions you must physically be at the conference.

If you are unable to attend BankOnPurpose, you may transfer your registration to another person by changing the details of your registration on the conference registration website by Friday, October 13 at 11:59 p.m. CT.
A full refund cancellation notice must be received by 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, September 8. If BankOnPurpose is cancelled, registration will be transferred to the 2024 event.

No, the registration fee covers full attendance and cannot be prorated.

No, you are responsible for arranging transportation to and from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS).
Is the cost of the hotel included in the registration fee?
Is the cost of the hotel included in the registration fee?
No, the hotel is not included in the registration fee. You are responsible for arranging your own sleeping accommodations.
